Directors
Abigail Cooper and Carmel Symons both have Graduate Diplomas in Psychology. They use this background in understanding client’s needs in many areas, particularly relating to ethics, sample structure and methodology. Abigail is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and Carmel is an Associate. Both have been Members of the ASMRS for many years, and Carmel has chaired the FMG Committee in Melbourne, and represented the FMG on the Victorian Committee of the AMSRS.

Consumer: Lisa Beckham, Field Manager, heads our extensive decentralised consumer network which covers areas across metropolitan Melbourne and regional areas. We are happy to consult with our colleagues interstate and provide a one stop shop for recruiting Australia wide.

B2B: Linda Chilton, co-ordinates our highly trained Business recruiting team recruit in-house from our database, client lists or cold calling for Melbourne, Victorian, and Australia wide.

Consumer List work: our final team of in-house recruiters are trained especially to cover all levels of consumer list work including the most sensitive with full understanding of the privacy laws, and calling time restrictions.
